1 DAY WITH HABITAT IN HONGMUTHAFUCKINKONG
So, Habitat just finished their trip to Shen Zhen and came back for a day to Hong Kong to shoot some more footage’s here.
After all, Hong Kong is most definitely 60 times better than Shen Zhen, sorry fellas.
The one thing that I missed on their trip was not beng able to see Danny Garcia doing a backside tailslide wearing a V-Neck tee shirt (FITTED, not slim) and a pair of straight fit pants.
I told him to do it but he was too tired and was planning on lurking around Mong Kok. All good. Next time, hopefully.
So, I took the rest of the homies to Chai Wan cause there’s this wall thats designed specially for Silas, it’s exclusive.
Daryl Angel, Brennan Conroy, John Bradford (photographer), Silas and Marius Syvanen came with me.
First, we cruised around the chillin Chai Wan skate park, dayeem, Silas and Marius are super fuckin amazing on the miniramp, are you kidding me??? Killing it.
Daryl hurt his ankle doing something big earlier that day, so he was just chilling. Brennan was pivot fakieing all day everyday, he makes Drehobl proud, for sure.
But yo, Brennan stresses on his skateboard ala Getz style, it’s even crazier! It’s so damn funny though.
Come to HK again brothers. Hong Kong got mad love for Habitat and Habitat got mad love for Hong Kong, that’s for sure.

Due to a sprained ankle, he took a little nap. He showed up to support his team mates.

JOSE PARLA IN HONG KONG: READING THROUGH SEEING
Jose Parla came out to exhibit his works for the second time in HK but. this was his first solo exhibition in Hong Kong.
Definitely one of the best artists out there and one of my personal favorites for his style and for being such a humble down to earth guy.
Congratulations on your show Jose! We still have his work on our 8FIVE2SHOP wall!

ANGELS & DEMONS PREMIER: The prequel to “Da Vinci Code”
If you haven’t seen the “Da Vinci Code” you’re probably in luck because “Angels & Demons” will be a little less predictable and lets face it, the first one was a bit of a napper.
Science vs Religion at 100 notches more thrilling than “Da Vinci Code” and no, I didn’t read the book so I can’t tell you which was better but, usually, the book always is.

CUT & PASTE 2009:
We went to check out the Digital Design Tournament at Cut&Paste.
It was a huge turn out compared to last year.
Everyone was designing their own design renditions for the 55DSL wall while we were doing something a little less creative & having fun on the Polaroid wall.
