Chatterbox in Meritus Mandarin Hotel in Singpore has the best Hainan Chicken rice that I’ve ever had.  It’s all about getting the rice right.

Durian feast at this place where the lady has been selling durians for over 40 years.  The crazy thing is that she hates durians particularly the smell!
